Meet Jocelyn and Jude

Jocelyn is Jude’s mother. Her husband left her nine years ago for another women. At that time, Jude was three years old and had every capability. Three years later at the age of six, Jude was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Jocelyn was told that Jude would only live until he was nine years old. He is now twelve years old. Jocelyn said that Jude used to be able to hold eye contact and respond, but he is no longer responsive and stares blankly. She is afraid he may have lost his sight because of the progression of the disease. When Jude’s symptoms progressed, Jocelyn quit her job...
