Hi everyone! I am Michaela and I am the female team leader of the fall 2013 Philippines trip. We have made it here safely and we are settling into our beautiful new home in Manila. We are amazingly blessed in our living situation and will post pictures soon to give you an idea of what our life looks like. Michaela, one of our two leaders for our Fall, Philippines Passport Team just called and the team has arrived safely in the Philippines.  They are at the Manila airport with some of the American missionaries whom they will be working with in the months ahead.  It's not too far of a drive from the airport to their actual ministry site and after their long flight, the hour or two in the van will feel like a breeze!  It will also give them their first glimpse into this beautiful land! The team will spend the next couple of days orientating themselves to the culture,...
